Whether it is seeking more fulfillment in relationships or work, having experienced loss or finding a need of self-care after having taken care of others for so long, I am committed to helping you make progress on your goals and guiding you towards your most authentic life.
An MSW graduate from Simmons College School of Social Work, I have been providing therapy at outpatient clinics in the Boston area for the last ten years. My experience working in integrative settings, alongside medical professionals and chronic illness, has given me profound awareness into the interconnectedness of the mind and body. I began offering meditation and mindfulness trainings to hospital staff in order to positively impact care for patients. In 2014 I learned Reiki as a form of self-care and it changed the way I worked as a therapist. Reiki allows me to help not only on the mental-emotional level, but also on the physical and spiritual levels as well. Clients find their emotional healing is accelerated with the support of Reiki during therapy sessions and additionally they sleep better, feel less pain and align to their true purpose.

Embracing a holistic approach to life coaching , I use mindfulness and relaxation practices alongside traditional psychological approaches to engage the mind, body and spirit during our sessions. Backed by the most current evidence, it is my belief that emotional experiences are stored in the physical body and that working with both mind and body is an effective approach to rehabilitation for many people. I offer and teach customized stress-reducing practices such as Reiki, guided meditations and breathing techniques during therapy sessions in order to help you resolve and release deep issues and find a clear path towards greater self-confidence, creativity, motivation, and ease in your daily life.
Reiki is an ancient form of healing that provides physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits. The term Reiki (ray-key) means universal life force energy. This nurturing energy is guided through the hands of the Reiki practitioner and can also be offered long distance. Reiki brings the client into a deep state of relaxation, enhancing the client’s natural abilities to heal oneself. Reiki treatments are useful to decrease stress and anxiety, reduce pain, improve clarity of thought, release old conditioning and traumas and gain spiritual perspective. During Reiki sessions we will focus on your healing goals and intentions as we clear blockages and you move towards more balance and harmony.
